Setting up your Webdadi on IE11


When you do update for Internet Explorer, you will need to setup IE11 to use Webdadi again. If you are using IE11 and the browser is not setup correctly you may see a small section of Webdadi in the top left corner of the browser. If this happens please follow the steps below to setup the browser for Webdadi.

  • Go to your Webdadi login screen. This will be something like http://[COMPANY NAME].webdadi.biz/v5. You can also access by visiting your website homepage and adding /v5 after .com, .co.uk etc
  • You should see a grey login screen. Click on 'Setup my Webdadi' above the username box.
  • Click “Run”
  • Click “Yes”
  • Click “Ok”, this adds Webdadi as a trusted web site and enables all features to function correctly.

    Close Internet Explorer (all windows) to restart. Go back to log in screen and add you access details.

    If you still have the issue please follow the steps below..

  • Click on “Tools” in the top right of your browser
  • Select “Internet Options”
  • Click on the “Security” tab
  • Click on the green tick
  • Click on the “Sites” button
  • Add http://[COMPANY NAME].webdadi.biz to the trusted websites list if not already present. (Make sure that the check box at the bottom 'Require server verification' is unchecked.)
  • Click “Close”
  • Click on the “Privacy” tab
  • Under the “Pop-up Blocker” section, click on “Settings” and then add your Website to the list and save.
  • Third party browser add-ons such as the Google Toolbar do have pop-up blockers and these will need to be disabled.
  • Restart your browser to save any changes made in the previous steps
