How to remove a staff member from your Webdadi account


Deleting staff from logging into Webdadi

To remove any details about a staff member from the website:

  • Go to Contacts from the menu on the left in blue
  • Search for the relevant staff member, using the dropdown Internal Staff if necessary
  • Double left click on the name to open the contact or right click and select Modify Contact.
  • Click on the Additional tab
  • On the left hand side, two thirds of the way down will be an option that says Login Details and a check box below this where you can select Active. Untick this box. This will mean the staff member can no longer log into Webdadi using their email or password.
  • Select OK.
