You can monitor to see if a property email has been sent within Webdadi by checking that the person asking has their name assigned to that property. To do this:
- Find the property within Webdadi that you wish to check on.
- Right click on the property.
- Select Marketing Options. then select Marketing History.
If the applicant is listed there, then the email was definitely sent out and if the applicant says they did not receive it, it will be because they are using a different email address or there was something wrong with their email provider.
You can view a similar list by going to a contact and right clicking on it, which will then list all the properties sent to that contact.
